8:00 am – 8:30 am - Greeting children and parents. Free play in the gym or outside depending on the weather.

8:30 am – 8:45 am - Children will go to their own classrooms + bathroom routine.

8:45 am – 9:00 am - Circle time (Attendance, theme, weather, shared stories, songs)

9:00 am – 9:30 am - Structured learning time. Activities during this period will be planned on a week to week basis. Lessons plans will include carefully planned developmentally appropriate activities to help develop each child’s growth in all areas. There will also be a different activity every day that coincides with the weekly themes

Sunday: Art and Crafts time
Monday: Music time
Tuesday: Cooking Time
Wednesday: Parent involvement activity and/or Show and Tell time
Thursday: Finger plays

9:30 am – 10:00 am - Morning snack + bathroom routine

10:00 am – 10:30 am - Outdoor or gym play

10:30 am – 11:30 pm - Free play in the classrooms. Exploration and use of all play centers

11:30 am – 12:15 pm - Creative movements followed by relaxation exercises - Group games –Story telling

12:15 pm – 12:30 pm - Hand washing and getting ready for lunch or to go home (Children who leave at 12:30 pm will be picked up from the gym area)

12:30 pm – 1:00 pm - Lunch time + bathroom routine

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm - Rest time (No child will be forced to sleep, however they must remain quiet with a book or a quiet puzzle. It helps children to unwind and relax.)

(Children who leave or arrive at 1:30 pm will be supervised in the gym area for free play or if they wish, they can nap or rest with the others until parents pick them up at 1:30 pm)

2:00 pm – 2:30 pm - Bathroom routine + Creative art, songs, dramatic play (Children who leave at 2:30 pm will be picked up from their classes)

2:30 pm – 3:30 pm - Floor and/or table games (puzzles, board games, ect…)

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Afternoon snack and bathroom routine

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm - Outdoor or gym play / Dismissal of children
